Partner Terms of Service

1. Partner Agreement
By registering as a Print Partner ("Shop") on Xerofy, you agree to these Partner Terms. This agreement governs your use of the Xerofy for Business platform to accept and fulfill print orders.
2. Shop Obligations
- Quality Standards: You agree to provide high-quality printing services. Orders must be printed clearly, accurately, and on the paper stock requested by the customer.
- Order Fulfillment: You must accept or reject orders promptly. Once accepted, you are obligated to complete the order within the estimated time provided.
- Availability: You are responsible for keeping your shop hours and status (Open/Closed) updated in the dashboard to avoid cancelled orders.
3. Payments & Settlements
- Commission: Xerofy charges a platform fee on each order processed. The net amount (Order Value - Platform Fee) will be credited to your account.
- Payouts: Settlements are processed weekly directly to your registered bank account. You can track your earnings in real-time on the Dashboard.
- Pricing: You have the right to set your own printing prices per page. However, you agree to honor the price displayed to the user at the time of booking.
4. Customer Data & Privacy
You acknowledge that user files are confidential. You agree to:
- Only view and print files for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
- Never retain, copy, or share user documents after the order is completed.
- Securely dispose of any spoilt or rejected prints to protect user privacy.
5. Termination
Xerofy reserves the right to suspend or remove your shop from the platform if you repeatedly fail to meet quality standards, violate user privacy, or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City].
