When will I receive my payouts?

Payouts are processed every Wednesday for the previous week's completed orders. It may take 1-2 business days to reflect in your bank account.

How do I change my shop timings?

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Operating Hours. Make sure to save your changes. This will instantly update your availability on the user app.

What if a user doesn't pick up the order?

If an order is paid for but not picked up within 24 hours, you may dispose of the papers. You will still receive the payment for the print job.

How do I reject an order?

You can reject an order from the 'New Orders' tab if you are out of stock or cannot fulfill it. Please provide a valid reason or it may affect your shop rating.
