• Business Information: We collect your shop name, owner name, address, GSTIN (if applicable), and contact details to verify your business.
• Financial Data: Bank account details or UPI IDs are collected solely for the purpose of settling your earnings.
• Operational Data: We track order history, fulfillment times, and customer ratings to help you improve your service and for platform quality assurance.

2. How We Use Shop Data

Your data is used to:

• Facilitate order routing and matching you with nearby customers.
• Process weekly payouts and generate earnings reports.
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud on the platform.
• Display your shop details (Name, Location, Pricing) to users.

3. Customer Data Handling

As a partner, you will receive access to customer files for printing. You agree that this data is strictly confidential.

• You must NOT save, copy, or distribute customer files.
• Files are automatically deleted from your dashboard after order completion.
• Any physical copies that are rejected/cancelled must be shredded or destroyed immediately.

4. Data Security

We employ strict security measures to protect both your business data and the customer data entrusted to you. Access to your shop dashboard is secured via authentication.
